Questions about online registration
How do I register?
Choose a level, create an account (username, email, WhatsApp number, and password), then complete the four-step form: personal details, parents/guardian, documents, and review & submit. Once submitted, the admissions team reviews your application.
Which documents do I need?
The full list is in the Requirements section above, marked required or optional. Files are photos or scans (JPG, PNG, or PDF) of up to 8 MB each; the passport photo must be JPG or PNG.
Is my progress saved automatically?
Yes. Valid entries are saved automatically and marked "Saved" at the top of the form. You can stop at any time and sign in again to continue where you left off.
Can I register more than one child?
Yes. From the dashboard choose "Add an application for another child". Each child has their own form, documents, and status under one account. The number of applications per account is limited.
Can I edit after submitting?
Once submitted, the data is locked while the team reviews it. If something needs fixing, the team requests a revision: the status changes to "Needs revision", the flagged parts become editable, and you resubmit.
How do I track my application?
Open the dashboard after signing in. The status shows as Draft, Submitted, In review, Needs revision, Approved, or Rejected, together with your application number and any notes from the team.
When is the registration period and what does it cost?
The registration period and fee are provided by the admissions team. Please contact them.
What happens if my application is approved?
The status changes to Approved and the dashboard shows a Link Code. In the Ar-Risalah Connect (Guardian) app, choose to link a student and enter the code — or scan the QR code on the student card.
I forgot my password. What now?
There is no automatic password recovery yet. Contact the admissions team on WhatsApp and give them the username or email you registered with.
About life at the school
May students bring a phone?
Students do not use personal phones while at the school. Communication with guardians is facilitated at set times, and progress is monitored by guardians through the Ar-Risalah Connect app.
When are visiting and pickup times?
Visiting and home-leave schedules are set by dormitory affairs and shared through official channels at the start of each semester.
Do you accept students from outside Lombok?
Yes. Ar-Risalah accepts students from across Indonesia. All students live in the dormitory.
Are there scholarships?
A scholarship track is available for high-achieving students and low-income families, with a limited quota per intake. Contact the admissions team for requirements.
